Die Temperaturen sind erheblich gestiegen. Ich bekomme fast schon Frühlingsgefühle. Wieder mache ich mich mit dem Mountainbike auf den Weg. Um mit den montierten Spikes auch entsprechenden Untergrund zu finden überwinde ich rund 300 Höhenmeter und gelange über das Napoleonseck zum Hegaublick. Dort finde ich reichlich Schnee, teilweise mit erheblichen Verwehungen. Einige Meter schieben sind in der Tour inbegriffen. Das Fahren in den "Spurrillen" der motorgetriebenen Fahrzeuge schult das Balancegefühl.
Ich bin gespannt wie sich mir die Loipe am Hegaublick präsentiert.
Der Skiclub Engen betreibt hier seit Jahren bei entsprechenden Schneeverhältnissen eine bestens präparierte Loipe. Nähere Informationen finden sich hier. Die Spur ist noch so gut, dass ein aktiver Langläufer seine Runden dreht. Wenn die Temperaturen so warm bleiben werden die letzten Reste vom Schnee leider bald geschmolzen sein.
